This 15 week course explores the characteristics, properties, and applications of different fibres and fabrics, from natural and synthetic materials to woven and knitted textiles. Students will learn how fabrics are produced, how they behave, and how to select the right materials for different garments and design projects.

Through hands-on exploration and practical learning, students will develop the knowledge to identify fabrics, understand their qualities, and make informed textile choices.

Monday EVENINGS 5:30pm -8:30pm.

October 26th-December 14th

This 8-week introductory course will bring your fashion ideas to life on paper and in Adobe Photoshop. Learn to sketch fashion figures, illustrate clothing, and add colour, texture and shading digitally. Develop practical Photoshop skills that extend beyond fashion illustration to other creative projects. Students must have access to Adobe Photoshop to participate in this course.

Tuesday EVENINGS 5:30PM-8:30PM

October 27th- December 15th

Delve into the art of creating custom, hand-finished garments with exceptional attention to detail. This course emphasizes intricate, high-quality techniques that elevate your sewing skills to a professional level. From precise stitching to advanced finishing methods, students will master the craftsmanship needed to produce bespoke garments of the highest standard.
